How We Grow
At Bethel there are so many ways to grow in Christ and be effective in the kingdom. Below you will find the ministries that contribute to your growth, times of corporate prayer, and opportunities to serve.
Adult Ministries
Frontliners Men’s Ministry its designed to bring men to the front lines of what God is doing. Through Frontliners the men of Bethel are using their natural influence to grow the church spiritually.
The mission of Frontliners is to restore men to their proper place through building relationships with God and each other.
Provide opportunities for men to take their rightful place in the Kingdom of God and Society with a FRONTLINE mentality.
Men of God meet every Sunday at the Altar to pray directly before morning service.
The men get together every month to fellowship and deepen their relationships with each other.
Exemplify that the number one issue in gaining Godly wisdom is to fear God. That means to have a reverence for God, to hold Him in awe, to hold Him in respect and that is to Worship our God in Beauty and Holiness.
Help discover and promote spiritual growth for younger women, through fellowship, sponsoring spiritual growth workshops-seminars, group-projects, forums promoting wholesome expressions of serving God through fellowship, as well as providing mutual support and encouragement. Serve and be available as resource supports for the B.O.I.C. family whenever needed. Provide fellowship and encouragement in the faith of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as we face the unique challenges confronting us as believers in today’s culture. Strengthen one another to grow in the wisdom of God, knowledge of the Word and love one another as Christ loves us. (John 13:14 KJV)
Covenant Love Marriage Ministry is designed to strengthen and renew marriage in and outside of the church. There people who live together as husband and wife but are not enjoying the union due to the fact they don’t understand God’s design for marriage. Did you know that there is one thing a couple can do together that will completely change their relationship? While prayer is very important it is not prayer. Don’t you want to know?
Our married couple ministry, Covenant Love, is all about connecting and growing together. Bishop Jackson challenges BOIC’s married couples in ways they never imagined in order for them to live god filled and centered marriages.
Singles Ministries
As the singles of Bethel we bring a high level of energy and excitement tot he body with a willingness to work for kingdom Advancement. The world tries so hard to influence us away from the Kingdom. Bethel understands and knows how important it is to include us and our talents into the vision.
Provide a place for Christian singles to connect and grow stronger in the Lord and gain clarity of the Word.
Discuss issues and find Godly solutions and support while serving the body until finding our mate. Enjoy fellowship with like-minded people in our age range (23-35) providing love, accountability and fun. Psalms 24:6 – This is the generation that seek Him, that seek they face, O Jacob. Selah
Youth Ministries
“URY is a statement without any question!” Our youth are being prepared to advance the Kingdom of God NOW! This is by far more than an event driven ministry. We believe that through our youth we can see a true move of God touch our entire region. History has recorded many times how youth have sparked the revival fires that touch an entire area of the country.
Igniting a spiritual fire in our youth that won’t be contained through learning the word of God, praying, and worship.
To equip the youth with the armor they will need to be young leaders in the ministry. To allow the word to become alive to youth making it relevant in their lives. To make church an experience that they love to be a part of and not something they are required to do. To give the youth tools to reach friends, family’s, and nations. To develop mighty men and women of God that transcend the generations before them.
We want the youth to be able to learn the word while being able to be open and honest about what they are dealing with. We want them to become comfortable praying, worshipping, and witnessing. We want to create a environment that is both fun and informative. We want to involve the youth so that they truly feel like they have a part in the ministry. We want youth group to become a place they want to be and are excited to invite their friends.
Misson: Equipping Bethel Youth to be the Generals of their Generation
Vision:
- Building YU students’ assurance of their Salvation by helping them develop personal relationships with Christ and the Holy Spirit.
- YU students will understand the significance of and the power gained through Prayer and Worship
- Developing boldness in their faith and exploring individual gifts and talents to impact the lives of their peers.
From car washes to comedy shows, and informative panels; YU is always up to something good! Our teachers are serious about shaping them into kingdom citizens, all while keeping them laughing!
Rest assured that they not only learn about Christ, but they have a ton of fun doing it!
Next is a group of young adults that are driven, supportive of each other, and they are going after the things of God. They are growing spiritually, reaching out into the community, and are there to lend assistance to other ministries when needed. We got Next!

Bishop Jackson is our ministry leader. He makes sure that we are becoming well rounded individuals. We discuss everything that pertains to the stage of life we are in. Children’s Ministry
We believe children are precious to the Lord. Therefore, we endeavor to provide loving, quality care, and well planned Bible learning activities to equip your children for their christian walk. We pray with and for them regularly during service.
Provide each child with the necessary knowledge to understand their role in Christ and to use this information as outreach to connect with other youth and to serve their community.
To teach biblical truths in a child targeted, relevant, and creative way in a group setting. To model a loving biblical community in a group where life change happens best. To partner with parents to reach and empower children for Christ.
We teach the children what the adults are learning on a level they can understand. Coloring pictures will not help them live for Him. Even though we color pictures, we teach what the pictures is all about.
